We know you have many choices where to spend your money and sincerely appreciate your business. Here are a few details of exactly how our customer orders are handled. Kindly refer to the below information when placing your orders and if we may be of any further assistance, please contact us at info@TrueUniform.com.All orders are processed within 24 hours after receipt (weekends and holidays excluded). Once an order has been accepted it is subject to further consideration by the manufacturer and who may also require additional time to complete the shipment. Average combined ground shipment times can range between 7-14 days after receipt of your order. True Uniform will honor all expedited freight requests, however it is important to note that because orders do not ship the same day a request for expedited freight does not guarantee expedited delivery. Please pay special attention to the estimated ship dates provided at the time of order submission and consider the above time frame when operating under a deadline. Due to the depth of our product line it is sometimes necessary for True Uniform to partial ship orders. True Uniform does not consolidate shipments from multiple locations and all goods are invoiced to match their associated packing slip. True Uniform is not responsible for any delay in performance due to causes beyond its control. Although every precaution is taken to ensure the timely transit of goods requested by customers, the company is not liable for irregularities caused by weather conditions and other Acts of God during transportation. Acts of God include, but are not limited to, catastrophes such as plane and vehicular crashes; unforeseen delays or accidents, including strikes and labor disputes, destruction due to domestic or international unrest (i.e., riots, war, and public enemies), confiscation, quarantine or natural disaster. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by our corporate headquarters. Deliveries against orders are subject to credit approval at the time of shipment. Small Order FeeDue to the exclusive nature of a few of our lines, a small order fee may be charged when applicable. If a brand is associated with a small order fee, the customer will be notified with an extra line item added to their cart. All small order fees are non-refundable.Payment TermsStandard terms for Credit approved accounts are Net 30. Alternative methods of payment extended to customers within the United States are Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express as well as cash before delivery. No CODs. International orders are processed on a cash before delivery basis only. Management reserves the right to adjust this policy on a case by case basis.Credit Card Chargeback PolicyMany consumers are unaware that banks assess non-negotiable fees to merchants when a consumer files a chargeback against a supplier. True Uniform supports a consumer’s right to be financially protected against fraudulent transactions, however in most cases customer service inquiries are able to be reconciled without the intervention of the cardholder’s bank. Clients who opt to file a chargeback claim against our Firm without first allowing True Uniform a fair opportunity to provide an independent cure are subject to a $25.00 chargeback fee in the event their case proves unwarranted by the mediating party.WarrantyThe products contained within this site are warranted against defects in manufacture only. Because applications vary, no use warranty is implied or intended. The buyer should make a careful analysis of the use by which these products are purchased. It will be the buyer's responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately protect the wearer in the environment in which they are to be used.
